- Managed Security Service Provider, or MSSP:A “Partner" (Managed Security Service Provider, or MSSP) account on XVigil is similar to the CloudSEK Analyst account, but they can only access accounts that are directly mapped to them, have the ability to create accounts (POCs and Clients). These partners work directly with these companies, send out reports, and handle incidents on behalf of the companies.In essence, SSP users are a limited-access version of CloudSEK users. In this case, the customer experience team only talks to the partners, and anything to do with their clients is taken care of by the partners themselves or the MSSPs.With this release, we have added support for MSSP organizations and users on the CloudSEK Platform.
